Traditional Homes of Georgia LLC transformed this 1940’s Midtown Atlanta home with a complete renovation and thoughtful expansion. The property was gutted down to the studs and rebuilt to meet modern living standards while maintaining its classic charm.
Key features of the renovation included rebuilding all interior walls to reconfigure the layout, adding a fourth bedroom and third bathroom, installing new hardwood floors throughout, and designing a modern kitchen with custom cabinetry, premium countertops, and new appliances.
Natural light was enhanced with skylights over the dining and kitchen areas. Mechanical systems were upgraded with new plumbing, updated electrical wiring, and relocated ductwork. Outdoor improvements included a paver patio, new gutters, and refreshed landscaping.
