Traditional Homes of Georgia LLC was contracted to complete a series of upgrades at the Flats at Perimeter community in Sandy Springs, GA.
Our scope of work included replacing awnings on each unit to improve durability and curb appeal, installing new interior glass doors in select areas to create a more open and modern feel, and upgrading tile flooring for enhanced aesthetics and long-lasting performance.
We also replaced the metal roof on the gazebo near the rooftop swimming pool, ensuring safety, function, and a refreshed look for residents.
